November 1, 2009: BKL Youth Ski Club informational meeting 2:00 in the Base Lodge. Anyone interested in having their children ski with the club this winter is welcome to attend.
November 8, 2009: Youth Deer Hunting Day Kids under age 16 are allowed to hunt for deer today. Be careful in the woods!
November 14 - 29, 2009: Deer Hunting Season This is the popular firearms season. If you go into the woods, wear bright colors.
December 8, 2009: Bill Koch Youth Ski League first day of practice, with or without snow.
December 19, 2009: MAU High School Race 11:00 am, freestyle. Trails remain open to the public.
December 28, 2009: Berkshire League High Schools Race 9:30 am, 5K freestyle. This league usually has a lot of racers, but they should be done by lunchtime. Trails remain open to the public.
January 9, 2010: Bill Koch Youth Ski League Race trails remain open to the public.
January 30, 2010: Moonlight Dinner and Ski Tour buffet dinner in the Base Lodge followed with a ski tour by the light of the full moon. The evening concludes with warm drinks & desserts back in the Lodge.
February 3, 2010: MAU High School Race 2:30 pm, classical. Trails remain open to the public.
February 6, 2010: Bill Koch Youth Ski League Winter Olympics, kids' races, obstacle course, face painting, lots of fun for kids. Trails remain open to the public.
February 13 & 14, 2010: USCSA Valentine's Carnival collegiate races and costume party. Come see the fun! Trails remain open to the public.
February 19 & 20, 2010: Williams College Carnival come see the top New England college racers compete at Prospect. Trails remain open to the public.
February 20, 2010: Girl Scout Cookie Sale in the Base Lodge.
February 21, 2010: SIDS Race, citizen's race to benefit the New England Sudden Infant Death Syndrome organization. Everyone can participate. Freestyle. Age groups, prizes. Registration 9:00 am, race at 10:00 am. Trails remain open to the public.
