04-05 Ski Season Calendar of Events


October 1, 2004: Season passes go on sale

November 7, 2004: Youth Deer Hunting Day Kids under age 16 are allowed to hunt for deer today. Be careful in the woods!

November 13 - November 28, 2004: Deer Hunting Season This is the popular firearms season. If you go into the woods, wear bright colors.

December 11, 2004: New York State High Schools Race Race will be completed before lunchtime.

December 18, 2004: New York State High Schools Race Race will be completed before lunchtime.

December 31, 2004: Berkshire League High Schools Race Race will be completed before lunchtime.

January 8, 2005: Bill Koch Youth Ski League Race Race will be completed before lunchtime.

January 8, 2005: Winter Trails Day Introduction to snowshoeing and cross-country skiing for first-timers, 1 - 5 pm.

January 22, 2005: Moonlight Dinner and Ski Tour buffet dinner in the Base Lodge followed with a ski tour by the light of the full moon.

February 5, 2005: Bill Koch Youth Ski League Race Race will be completed before lunchtime.

February 12 & 13, 2005: USCSA races collegiate ski races, skate and classical. Come cheer on your favorite teams! Spectators welcome. Trails remain open to public.

February 16, 2005: Vermont State High School Championships

February 18 & 19, 2005: Williams College Winter Carnival cross-country ski competition of the top college skiers in the eastern United States. Spectators welcome. Trails remain open to public.

February 26, 2005: Moonlight Dinner and Ski Tour buffet dinner in the Base Lodge followed with a ski tour by the light of the full moon.

March 26, 2005: Moonlight Dinner and Ski Tour buffet dinner in the Base Lodge followed with a ski tour by the light of the full moon.

Ongoing: Bill Koch Ski League practices, Tuesdays and Thursdays at 3:30
